Seasons at Sandpoint

A relatively inexpensive resort condominium option with an ideal location steps from downtown Sandpoint, Condo Del Sol is a waterfront condo complex built in the 1970s and facing the Long Bridge. As the #1 resource for resort real estate in the Sandpoint area, we make
it a practice to stay ‘in the loop’ on future resort development. One benefit
of the area is that so much of our property is Forest Service and protected
land, with 60% of the Lake Pend Oreille shoreline protected from development.
Therefore the future resort developments will be very few. There are currently
two larger parcels in the Hope area that may eventually be offered, and
planning is underway for a master-planned resort community in Priest River.
