About Lawson ~ Personal ~ Professional

Lawson Tate is a Sandpoint native and takes pride in this community. When not displaying his tireless and intense work ethic in the office, Lawson can be found working (and playing) on Lake Pend Oreille, where he specializes in waterfront and water-access properties. He is also a skiing, hiking, camping and sailing enthusiast (still learning the wind!).

Lawson is co-founder of the Green Monarchs FC men’s soccer team of Sandpoint. He also donates his time as a youth coach with state champion Sandpoint High School.

His attributes include a degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver –specializing in development, finance, tax and construction. Lawson has an expert understanding of the Sandpoint area real estate and construction markets.
